A free live webinar where Dr. Tara & Dr. Kylee walk you through what it actually takes to go from brand new to confident and knowledgeable in pelvic health.
A free 10-step checklist covering exactly what to ask, assess, and document during your pelvic health evaluations, so you walk in prepared every time.

In this free video, Dr. Tara provides a muscle-by-muscle walkthrough of the pelvic floor, demonstrating the exact internal palpation landmarks you need to confidently identify each structure and understand what you are feeling beneath your finger. Because the internal movement of the examiner’s finger cannot be directly seen, even during in-person instruction, clear anatomical guidance, precise verbal cues, and clinical reasoning are what make this skill transferable. This virtual training gives you the same essential visual and instructional foundation you need to palpate with greater confidence and accuracy.

The manual Dr. Tara wished existed when she started. A practical desk reference covering pelvic floor anatomy, evaluation, treatment, and common pelvic health conditions, written in clear, approachable language so you can quickly find what you need when a patient is right in front of you.

Stop guessing. Start treating. A clear, repeatable framework for evaluating and treating pelvic health patients, built for students and clinicians with little to no pelvic health experience.

Ready to go further? The full 3-month Virtual Residency takes you from newbie to knowledgeable with in-depth clinical training, live mentorship, and practical business guidance.
Go deeper into complex, sensitive cases. New intermediate content is on the way.

In this video, we demonstrate the Q-tip test, also called the cotton-swab test, a gentle assessment used to identify, localize, and measure vulvar or vestibular sensitivity and pain. The provider lightly touches specific areas around the vulva and vaginal opening while the patient describes or rates what they feel. This test can help identify patterns consistent with conditions such as vulvodynia or vestibulodynia and guide further evaluation and treatment planning.

The clinical companion to the course. A practical reference organizing sexual function, menopause and hormone therapy, birth control, vulvar and vaginal treatments, vestibulodynia, vaginismus, and male sexual dysfunction into one resource, with anatomy, differential diagnosis guidance, and case-based decision tools you can pull out before every complex patient visit.

Go beyond basic pelvic floor treatment and learn to evaluate and treat sexual health concerns with confidence. Covers the hormonal, medical, dermatologic, musculoskeletal, neurologic, and psychosocial factors behind sexual dysfunction, including vulvodynia, vaginismus, male sexual dysfunction, and persistent genital arousal disorder, with case-based learning and treatment-planning flowcharts to guide your differential diagnosis and clinical decisions. Built for clinicians ready to deepen their knowledge beyond the pelvic rehab foundation.
